It's been a 3 months since the last time I did intervals. I miss doing those sub 1:30mins laps and then trying to remember my timings for the laps. I remedied this by bringing a pen and a piece of paper to the track so I can write the timings down after each lap. Little did I know that my hands would be so shaky after those exhausting laps that the timings would be barely legible!

I'm going to bring my Mizunos to work on Monday and do some at SP before going home. Hope I don't faint!
