Runs
I ran 21 laps on the track in Bedok Stadium this evening. What amazes me is that I didn't feel the least bit bored doing those laps. I think it was due to 2 reasons.
1. I was the only one of 4 people on the track because it just stopped raining.
2. I ran the track clockwise, which doesn't put me in a 'i must lap that mofo' attitude. Thus, I could concentrate on things that mattered (breathing, foot candence, blah blah)
I signed up for the Saucony Passion Run. 10km. East Coast Park. I told myself if I don't hit sub-1 hour for this race I might as well give up running. So yea, motivation for me to train harder.
