Sick
Nobody likes being sick, I'm no exception.
It
1) forces me to skip my runs
2) makes to too weak to work out
3) increases my appetite three-fold
Combine that altogether and you have yourself a recipe for a noticeable loss in muscle and added fat to your body due to excess calories! YEAH!!!
